Dear Erasmus and Exchange Students, 

1) Course registration period is from the 9th to the 15th of February. 

2) For the course registration, please log in to your BYS account with your student number and password, then choose “Course Registration Procedure” and follow the steps.

3) The BYS accounts will create by Office staff with incoming students contributions.  

4) You are going to need to create EDUROAM account to access campus Wi-Fi system.

5) The transportation cards buying from IETT Offices but you need to specific ID Number which will provide by Office. 

6) There will be an Orientation Meeting for incoming students on the 13th of February 2026 (Friday) at 14:00 - 16:00.
