General Information

Types of Bilateral Agreements

Bilateral agreements can be classified into three categories:

1. Erasmus Bilateral Agreements under the KA131 Project

These agreements are signed between two higher education institutions that hold an ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) certificate and are authorized to operate within the scope of the Erasmus KA131 program countries.

The authority to propose Erasmus bilateral agreements within the KA131 project, evaluate submitted proposals, and request the termination of existing agreements rests with the Erasmus Coordinator authorized for the relevant field of study/program.
