The Erasmus+ Outgoing Student Orientation Program was held by Marmara University Office for International Relations and Academic Cooperation for students who will participate in Erasmus+ study and traineeship mobilities.
The program was organized in two separate sessions, one in person and one online, in order to facilitate student participation and provide flexibility for attendees.
Within the scope of the orientation program, students were informed in detail about the main stages of the Erasmus+ mobility process, required documents before the mobility, visa procedures, grant payments, academic and administrative responsibilities, important points to consider during the mobility period, and procedures to be completed after returning from the mobility.
The program also included practical guidance on possible situations students may encounter throughout their mobility experience, and participants had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the process.
Aiming to support students in carrying out their Erasmus+ mobility experience in a more informed, efficient and smooth manner, the orientation program was completed with active participation.
