The Office for International Relations and Academic Cooperation hosted a meeting of Erasmus+ Department Coordinators as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the coordination of the university's Erasmus+ programme processes. The meeting provided a forum for an in-depth exchange on academic mobility procedures, bilateral agreements, and current implementation practices.
Opening the session, Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özkan Zülfüoğlu briefed attendees on the institutional goals assigned to the Office under the university's 2026–2030 Strategic Plan and outlined the roadmap set out to achieve them. A comprehensive presentation followed, covering the administrative processes of the Erasmus+ mobility programme, application and selection criteria, and the responsibilities incumbent upon department coordinators. The meeting concluded with a Q&A session, during which coordinators had the opportunity to raise questions and share recommendations.
