As part of the Erasmus+ KA171 bilateral agreement between our university and Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar, faculty members from the Institute of Islamic Economics and Finance, Prof. Dr. Şakir Görmüş and Prof. Dr. Eyüb Sabri Kara, visited Qatar under the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility program.

During their visit, Prof. Dr. Görmüş and Prof. Dr. Kara delivered seminars on Islamic economics and banking, sharing their academic expertise and engaging in knowledge exchange. Furthermore, they held discussions aimed at strengthening and expanding the collaboration between the two institutions.

This visit marks an important step in advancing our university’s international academic partnerships while fostering new opportunities for research and educational cooperation.
